𝗪𝗢𝗪 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱

It’s not often that we are worried that it’s going to be too hot for a National Rally.
I did optimistically promise good weather, but that was above and beyond what was ordered 😉

Words can’t really describe how I feel today…

So I’m just going to say a few thank you’s

Firstly and possibly most importantly to the farmers, we all know how hard it is to get ground these days, and to get a site as stunning as Green Hall Farm that can host as many of us as it did this weekend.
Secondly to Richard & Ruth Smith for event directing the weekend, they pulled together a fantastic team getting everything in order before, during and after the event. The team really pulled it all together.
There really were so many people behind the scenes pulling this together, none of it could have been done without you
Thirdly CoC’s in all disciplines all pulled off stunning events, that I’m sure will be discussed and dissected for sometime to come.
Thanks to all of the marshals and officials that ensured the weekend ran smoothly.
Thanks to all of the competitors, it was the highest entry numbers in all events that we have had for quite some time.
The navigators, the spectators, the people that just came along to pick up a spanner when needed.
Thanks to all of our sponsors, the input from them really helps the events to run, to Happy Herefords for keeping us fed and watered all weekend and to LJ deserts for the fantastic ice creams, the comp drivers certainly needed that on Monday afternoon

Collectively we all made it the weekend that it was

I think I managed to thank most people personally, if I missed you, you have my sincerest thanks.

I’m off to put the washing on and unpack the car
