Alongside CCV trialling, I’ve entered 14 Team Recovery events over the years – what appeals to me is that it’s the only discipline which takes you to even more difficult terrain than CCV – so this year it’s my turn to put something back. The course will be about hills rather than holes this time, and I’ll be very surprised indeed if it’s driven without a tow! I’ll try to maximise the view for spectators, safely of course, so please come along to watch the teams take it on.
