Log Book – Change of Owner

This form is used to request a change of owner for an ACTIVE LOG BOOK. Such items as a change of owner, sale or scrapping of the vehicle will constitute a change which can be recorded here. Other changes, such as engine swaps fitting of different roll cage etc. will require a re-inspection and should be requested on a NEW APPLICATION as they may constitute a tag change.
