ALRC National Rally 2026 – BOOKING FORM

You can book in online using the form below. You will need the following information before you proceed as you must complete all details in one session:-

  • Name, Address, eMail and Phone details
  • Emergency Contact Name, Address and Phone details
  • Club Membership Number

NOTE: Camping and Competition Entries Close at Midnight on Wednesday, 6th May 2026 (Or when full). Entries placed after the end of March 2026 will incur an increased fee.

Bookings for the Concours d’Elegance, Bike Trial and R/C Trial are on a separate form – see menu on the right.

  • ALRC Log Book Number (if required)
  • Motorsport UK License Number (RS Clubman or above)
  • PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card details

Competition Entries

For any last minute changes to your existing entry, please contact Debby on bookings@alrc.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please remember that at this late stage we cannot add new entrants to the competitive events. Passengers can be added when you get to the Rally. Just head over to the Signing-On area during the advertised opening times.

Camping Entries

It may be possible to accommodate late booking for Camping Pitches, but again, this cannot be guaranteed. You may not be able to camp with your Club. Please contact Debby on bookings@alrc.co.uk and more information will be provided

Unsure of Entry or Want to Make Changes

If you know you are coming to the ALRC National Rally but are not sure of exactly what events you will enter, then why not book your Camping Pitch and add your competitive entry details later.

This will allow us to gauge the likely numbers for camping pitches and catering etc. It will really help the organisers to ensure the smooth running of the event as a whole.

Perhaps you are awaiting your vehicle passing the MoT or needing some work before it is ready for competing?

Once you do know the rest of your booking, simply contact the Bookings Officer, Debby Darby, by email to bookings@alrc.co.uk and she will call you to take the details and payments. This is also the way to contact if anything changes before the event.
