Please see below a message that has been received from the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Cars Ltd about a survey currently being run by the DVLA about vehicle registration changes on rebuilt vehicles which may affect some of your members who may wish to fill in the survey with their comments.   Following recent changes to DVLA policies with regard to vehicle registration and with more policy reviews to come, DVLA are keen to receive feedback on the changes and their implementation. To assist with this they have setup a short survey at https://online1.snapsurveys.com/KitandRebuilt    The survey is open until 5 December.   Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and share your feedback, as your input is key to the continuous improvement of this service. Please can you also share this survey with your fellow members and encourage their participation.
