This Official Bulletin applies to the
ALRC National Rally Team Recovery Event taking place on 28th May 2023 at Abertillery, NP132ER.

At the request of the C-o-C’s the following change to Supplementary Regulations Article TR16 has been made.

Article TR16
Competitors must wear a minimum of a three point harness whenever the vehicle is in motion.

(A three point harness is defined as comprising of two merged shoulder straps and one lap strap with three anchorage points on the chassis / body shell or roll bar of the vehicle on either side and to the rear of the drivers seat). Four, five and six harnesses are acceptable alternatives
