It has come to light that some vehicles have not had the door measurements done correctly when first log booked so this is to be rectified over the next few months.

Checks can be at an event, Log-booking or re-check – the rule is the same. Check comments are to be written on the back page of the log book stating if they comply or not. Any that are found to be outside the given measurement (including tolerance) must have a comment written in the Logbook, with a 6 month later rectification date also noted.

No vehicle is to be prevented from competing until after the 6 month period has elapsed if the rectification is not done. Please remember we are advisors to the Clerk of the Course and it is their decision to exclude a competitor or not.
